Syed Sibtey Razi

Syed Sibtey Razi (7 March 1939 – 20 August 2022) was an Indian politician. He was a member of the Indian National Congress. He was the Governor of Assam for a short time in 2009 and was also the Governor of Jharkhand from 2004 to 2005. Razi was a member of the Rajya Sabha from 1980 to 1985 and again from 1988 to 1998. Razi was born in Raebareli, then-British India.

Razi died on 20 August 2022 in Lucknow, India from heart disease at the age of 83.[1]
