Tömür Dawamat

Tömür Dawamat (Uyghur: تۆمۈر داۋامەت; Chinese: 铁木尔·达瓦买提; pinyin: Tiěmùěr Dáwǎmǎití; June 16, 1927[1][2] – December 19, 2018) was a Chinese politician. He was born in Toksun, Xinjiang, China. Dawamat was the chairman of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China from 1985 to 1993.[3]

Dawamat died on December 19, 2018 at the age of 91.[4]
