From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Everything has a forth dimension. The forth dimension is substance and texture. Three dimensions detail the volume of a structure but mass and density is a further dimension of any real object. I dont know how simple the word substance is a dont know a good replacement for the article but its accurate. ~ R.T.G 23:32, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have always seen and written 2D and 3D without the hyphen, but I would do here what the English Wikipedia does. --George Gesslein II (talk) 22:58, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The English Wikipedia has a disambiguation page at 3D, which 3-D redirects to. πr2 (talk • changes) 22:59, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You are right, but I see the pages 2D computer graphics and 2D geometric model on English, so it seems without a hyphen is the norm, and 3D should be treated like 2D. It's a good question, what does anyone else think? --George Gesslein II (talk) 23:08, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I also think that no-hyphen is the norm on the English Wikipedia. πr2 (talk • changes) 23:13, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Good. So let's move this article to 3D. I will do it right now. --George Gesslein II (talk) 23:15, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
