Technically, Alfred Pampalon isn't a saint. There are more steps to be taken by the church before he is made a "saint." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.146.157.244 (talkcontribs)

Cleanup[change source]

I tagged this one with cleanup. Reading the opening paragraph I still have no real clue who the guy is, let alone why he is notable. We get an opening statement that says a guy was born and died; Not exactly an informative opening there. Next is he was some kind of priest who believed in a god (god, not God, so does not seem he was christian) and loved some girl named Mary. If it had been God, and christian, it might mean the Virgin Mary, but as written it could be any girl named Mary. With a second section added all the extra information we get is that he was well liked, popular and athletic in school. Still no reason to think he is notable. Three quarters of the way through the next section we finally get a link (red-link, but that most likely is not the fault of this articles creator) about what kind of priest he is and a mention of Roman Catholicism. Of course this disagrees with god so confusion is having fun at this point. -- Creol(talk) 08:52, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
