From the lead, this article appears to be about antibacterials, specifically. So I've redirected Antibacterial here and added it as a synonym. From my understanding, it is one class of antimicrobials (the others being antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic medications). Osiris (talk) 02:13, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
