About the science[change source]

As originally put up, this article gave the false impression that the issue of the fossil's provenance was settled. It is not. It was bought from a dealer, who had a vested interest in claiming it came from the earlier site. It is quite wrong of an editor to leave out this fact and to present the doubted source as a certain fact. In the introduction, the editor changed the word "dinosaur" to "bird", which increased the deception. That is why I have brought over much more from the English wiki article than is normal. It is essential that we do not present science in a dishonest way. If something's doubtful, then it's doubtful. Macdonald-ross (talk) 16:24, 15 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
