When writing a letter about the problem, consider the reading level of your peers. Make sure the reader will understand what you have written. Use the Flesch Reading Ease Scale to determine the readability of you letter. I will need to make the content easy to read and simplify problem. Organize it logically, and lay out the consequences of the problem in a nice manner. Provide a resolution, one that everyone can agree to.

In this situation, I will need to get my point across that I am not happy about the situation. Speak to the bank manager to find a mutual agreement. Do not fly off the handle at anyone. This will get you know where. Some how come up with a resolution that we both can live with. Make a positive out of the negative situation.


Let the bank know you are not happy in a nice way. Let them know that you would be willing to forget the error if they correct it and provide your checks for free. This would be a compromise. No need to be angry.
