Are baguettes long and thin or short and fat? The picture looks like they are long and thin. If so, I think the last edit was a test and should be marked accordingly on the user's talk page. --Cromwellt|talk 13:40, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"baguette" page different between simple English wikipedia and normal wikipedia[change source]

While looking up Baguette, I noticed a discrepancy between the simple English wikipedia and normal wikipedia page on baguette (https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baguette and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baguette).

Simple claims a Spanish origin while normal claims baguette as French.

Thank you for your comment. Of course, you are quite right. Our page had been vandalised, and it had gone unnoticed. The vandal simply changed all mentions of "France" to "Spain". Now I have reverted back to the original. Macdonald-ross (talk) 08:20, 28 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
