Needs to be simplified[change source]

This obviously needs to be simplified. I have removed the inappropriate words in this draft; what do you think? Draft:

Colorless liquid with one ring of carbon atoms. Made from coal and by of it is used in the of as a and as a of.

This isn't simple at all!
