can i have some more infomomation on bern please eg. the culture and what sort of food they eat and what age children leave school etc

I clean it up fairly well, but there is one part though I am having difficulty with. "from the quarter "Wabern" up to the Gurten" - Up to the Gurten is clear enough, but the quarter "Wabern" is a little harder. My best guess would be that Wabern is a section of town so "the quarter Wabern" would be much like "the French quarter" (in New Orleans) in terms of them both being the name of a specific part or neighborhood in the city... I cheated and went and took a look at the Wabern, Gurten, and the tram inbetween them (Google earth is so useful at times - 46.55.30N, 7.26.30E ). Gurten does indeed seem to be a hill and not the mountains, Wabern appears a seperate town but atleast I got the by the river part correct.

"from the town of Wabern, which is to the south of Bern on the river Aare, up to the top of Gurten, a large hill just south of the city"

Hi, thank you very much for correcting it. Wabern isn't a town, it's nearly like a village, but very small (has maybee 2000 human in it). It is like a part of Bern. Niceli 12:15, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
