Merge or Delete?

Please, anyone, nominate this article for Merge or Delete. (It survived one Delete discussion in February 2022 - it might be reasonable to have a new discussion, any time after May 5 this year.--The last discussion was arguably cut somewhat short - kind of a "Speedy Keep".)--Wikipedia is not the Yellow Pages of "Major generals" in my country or in Ethiopia.

• Being the chief of Military logistics (Ethiopia) - that is arguably a more important position.
• Being the leader of SWAT team assets, in Los Angeles, California - that is arguably an equally important position.
  

None of the above should have separate articles about those leaders: they are not notable, just because they are leaders for those.

• In case anyone was wondering about Bekele being mentioned at English-wiki: Only in the infobox of the article about the Republican Guard. Arguably that would be enough here on Simple-wiki. 89.8.173.218 (talk) 07:42, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
