It doesn't seem too biased. It's apparent in the article, but could probably be re-written for neutrality. I don't know much, though; what I do know comes from The Boleyn Inheritance, a historical fiction novel with a few historical discrepancies, and the English Wikipedia article on Catherine Howard.
