Date of death

There is some question on his date of death. The references listed here range from "in October" to "reported he died a few days ago" (Nov 2 post) - He died a few days ago or it was reported a few days ago? Other references exist that say he died on September 20.

His date of birth also seems to be in dispute. None of the references give a date (even the one tagging the date listed here). The closest would be that he was 72 when he died in either late September or October 2021 so he would have been born somewhere between late 1948 and pre-Sept//Oct 1949.
