Disc jockey[change source]

should it be Disc jockey, or Disc Jockey? Thank you. --Gonunattak (talk) 18:45, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Disc jockey" is usually used, and that's also what the English Wikipedia uses. Kansan (talk) 18:47, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thanks for clearing this up, User:Kansan. --Gonunattak (talk) 18:49, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

History[change source]

Can someone add some history? For example, the show "What's my line" in 1960, seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyR0DFZ3Lx0, mentioned a guest that was a disc jockey. But in 1960 I bet the technology was not so awesome yet, still they mentioned the term "disc jockey". So I am curious how that term changed over time. 2A02:8388:1602:A780:3AD5:47FF:FE18:CC7F (talk) 15:42, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
