SPOILER: You spoiled the story for me![change source]

The last paragraph is a major spoiler. "At the end of the book, Alonso Quixano returns home, hurt badly. He becomes sane again, then dies.", please at least warn the reader or maybe rephrase it to avoid spoilers.

Wikipedia doesn't do this. We don't put disclaimers of any kind on our articles, except for special reasons. Wikipedia has some general disclaimers which cover everything we do here, which you might like to read for the future. See: Wikipedia:Disclaimers. Thanks! I don't see how disclaimers are related to spoilers. A spoiler means revealing a major plot event and ruining the story for those who hlocationave not read it. Wikipedia shouldn't mention a major plot spoiler in the opening text of an article and typically does not do that. Though spoilers may be acceptable in the "plot" section of a story. So I'd say rephrase or move to a "plot" section.
Telling people that an article contains something they may not want to see (such as a spoiler, in your case), is a disclaimer. One of the general disclaimers Wikipedia uses, covers this: "Wikipedia may contain things you disagree with." We used to warn of spoilers a long time ago, but no longer do this. Sorry. Thanks for explaining. I'm no longer suggesting telling them anythig or putting a spoiler alert box. I'm suggesting not having "and the hero dies" in the opening section of the article.
