Talk:Empathy

I looked over the page while thinking "what would people possibly want to know if they are looking up the word?" I think aside from just the definition, people may want to know how to apply it and a little more practical information about it:

• The definition is clear and concise, but I would cut out most, if not all, of the subsequent definitions(they can be confusing in themselves) and would instead expand on the definition(with information similar to that in the 2nd paragraph of the Wiki Empathy page) to give a clearer, more in depth explanation of the definition

• I would include some information about development, much like the 1st half of the 1st paragraph under "development" on Wiki page

• I would also include some of the basic information about animals and empathy because who knows what people are looking for when they look up the word (also from Wiki page)

• Again, a lot of people looking into the word may be doing so for psychological reasons(school, etc) so I would include psychology information as wellHeather-elizah (talk) 21:33, 3 May 2015 (UTC)heather-elizah
