Aviator?[change source]
I saw you borrowed the listing in Category:American aviators from the enwiki article. But I don't actually see any evidence in either article that Hawks was actually an aviator, only that he befriended them. Am I missing something? StevenJ81 (talk) 21:13, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
- the enwiki page mentions that he was a flight instructor in 1918, but that he never saw active duty. Not sure if that qualifies him as an aviator or not. Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 21:19, 7 September 2017 (UTC)

- Do! I scanned the article, then searched it for "fly" and "aviator", but not "pilot" or "instructor". Go figure.
