I have some questions. When it says some other countries have not signed it, shouldn't it be better to actually list these countries out? Unless of course there are too many countries who haven't singed it, but then could you not have the number of countries who haven't singed it listed?--72.137.205.70 00:25, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Johanna[reply]

I added to the section on countries that have not signed/ratified the treaty. With 30 countries missing, a list may be a little to much informtion (the complete list is on the english wikipedia though). Instead of the list, I noted the 4 countries who have signed but not ratified and added a number for those who have not even signed yet. -- Creol(talk) 17:32, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm just wondering, when they say 'laws' what items would they be restricting? (As in:air fresheners, ect) -Mae A.
