~~Second paragraph, first sentence: split into two sentences -- one about things that are built, and one about what it increases.~~

First, understand what the complex words mean. Then think about how to say what the sentences mean, but in simpler words. Try thinking about how you would talk to a small child, or someone who was just starting to learn English.
