This could be a much better article, but the current version (at 22:01, 3 April 2007 (UTC)) presents an obvious point-of-view, or POV in several statements of opinion. The language is also not at all simple with words like "deem", "layperson", "oftentimes" (= often), etc. Blockinblox - talk 22:00, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just removed all of the vandalism. If someone can edit this and provide some actual, meaningful information, it would be great.
