Comment[change source]

An original Macbook still makes a particularly robust and efficient machine for the processing and rendering of audio and video projects to this day, providing one can obtain PPC comaptible software to do so.

The capabilities of this device still match many low to mid end appliances and products available today when it comes to the real-time processing or batch processed rendering of audio and video projects with just one caveat, that you can source the software supported by the PPC processor in order to do so.

Utilising the on-board interfaces such as the Firewire and USB interfaces, pairing them with a plethora of widely and currently comparatively cheaply available devices, the Macbook is capable of producing professional results no matter your choice of input or desired effect.

Add a great deal of still available versions of PPC compatible recording and rendering software to create with and you will have the functionability of a well provisioned studio at your fingertips.

Even with the majority of Apple's products being highly proprietary and therefore not easily compatible with the majority of hardware and software on the current market, the orginal Macbook still cannot be slighted when it comes to the power these machines have. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2a00:23c5:e79c:7a00:c060:8ff1:f4:651b (talkcontribs) 17:49, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
