Note: Idaho Stampede has played its final game in Boise; team is moving to Salt Lake City for the 2016-2017 season, and tentatively will be renamed the Utah Stars. The team is owned by the Utah Jazz. Management believes that it will be more efficient to have the team located in Salt Lake. [1]
