On the English Wikipedia, Angola is included in the OPEC, but here it is not.

Unattributed copy/paste?[change source]

That is how it looks to me. I suggest removing the first part and substituting a simple version of the En wiki page. As we all know, or should know, copyright violations are one of the two or three things which causes the Foundation most concern. Although I can't actually prove it at this moment, it seems best to avoid the implication. That is the reason I have reverted a recent addition of 5000 bytes, all (I think) a copy/paste.
