Page seems to be a little bit complex to be simple. I.e. prepubescent

It doesn't explain that women can have orgasms too.

Changed to remove language stating the penis has to be hard for a man to orgasm, as this is false. This page seems to have been written in a way that presents a limited scope of medical fact and ignores a wide range of possibilites. (For example, stating a penis must be hard for a man to have an orgasm. It very well may be hard, but must it? Certainly not.) Further revisions could be made.
