Unreliable sources[change source]

Most of the references under 'Statistics' are unreliable. Some go to links which do not provide the data; to links which are utterly self-serving; to news media which don't quote their sources; to links with other wikipedia languages (which is forbidden); and some are patently just blind guesses (see China). The whole section reeks of special pleading, and might be entirely cut. It is well-known that even mainstream churches exaggerate their statistics, let alone 'charismatic' churches. Only truly independent research gets anywhere near the truth, and our rules on reliables references do require this. Macdonald-ross (talk) 10:04, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have had a look, and found a link to a study done by the Pew Research center, which can be found here. This does give many numbers, but probably not the ones we need.... --Eptalon (talk) 13:38, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
