How does land vanish[change source]

" strip of land that ... that existed between 1919 and 1939." How exactly did it only exist for a certain time frame? Was this rather large peice of land completely removed from the landscape some how? Normally I would expect that the strip of land still exists to this day but is not used in the same way it was during that time in history but the article says something else which make little to no sense at all. It would seem entirely untrue that this strip of land no longer exists. The first batch of categories just complicates things as they claim this strip of land was created and destroyed in the 20th century... As far as I know, plate tectonics and volcanic activity are the two most likely sourses of land creation and I don't recall hearing of either of those creating land in Poland during that time frame. If so, this is something we would certainly need an article on, as well as an article of the cause of this much land being destroyed. Even nuclear weapons could not cause that much damage without world shattering side effects so I am realy curious what caused this to happen. Creol (talk) 20:14, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
