Talk:Psychosis

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have tried to correct this article, based on the what the German and English Wikipedias have. Note the following however:

  • I am not a doctor, and do not have a medical profession at all; so strictly speaking I do not know what I am talking about.
  • In my opinion, leaving out certain details for the sake of being easier to understand is viable. This should however not lead to us giving a wrong image of the condition.
  • Freely available sources for the statements are preferable to non-free ones.
  • I don't know where the 1% of the population having an episode of psychosis is from, I added a {{fact}} template

I think the following should be done:

  • Proofread and correct from a medical perspective.
  • Simplify where possible, regroup if necessary.

All the best. --Eptalon (talk) 12:26, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you misinform the public? Of WHAT good is this? None. Is actually constructive work too much for you to handle? Pages like this should be placed in an alternative sight suited for the least factual of Wikipedia submissions, named, aptly, Dignified-Two-Cents.tv — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.113.95.143 (talkcontribs)
Any editor who so chooses can edit the page. I therefore invite you to change the facts in the article that you feel are wrong. Please also note that when you make changes, it would be good to cite important publications to support your changes. Thanks for helping this wikipedia by making an article better. --Eptalon (talk) 12:28, 28 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
