Merge[change source]

I have proposed that this page be merged with Washington Nationals article. I believe that more info could be added to that article and this stadium lacks as an article and combined, could improve. WorldTraveller101  ?  19:42, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi, I have to disagree with you. The stadium now has concerts and is the home stadium for the D.C. United soccer team. Merging it into the Washington Nationals article would make no sense, since they don't own or play in the stadium anymore. A section should be added about the Nationals history, in a history section, but, other teams and other activities take place in the facility, so there is no reason it should be merged into the Nationals article. It would be like merging Candlestick Park into San Francisco Giants just because the Giants played there for a while before it became the primary stadium for the San Francisco 49ers. • I disagree as well. It's normal to have separate articles on teams and stadiums. It does not make sense to combine them. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 06:39, 28 May 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
