Info box

I am starting a talk page to explain my recent edits to the Ruby article. I looked at the emerald page and noticed that there is an info box on the article. I think it was useful to add to the Ruby article. I added some information to the info box and there is a lot more that can be added. I also added the reference that I used for the info box on some sentences in the article. I think that the sentences are good.
