This pages needs better translation (possibly a German original) including "Saint Joachim" changed to a regular English version--Bärl iner 17:02, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've made a few changes, including switching to a modern English translation of the quote from the Protoevangelium of James. There is a St Joachim in the Orthodox tradition, so I've left that, but am not sure that he shares a name day with Anna. UrsusMaximus (talk) 10:46, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
