December 2008[change source]

It is incorrect and irrelevant to write about the length of peoples noses therfore the sentence commenting this is removed (Aare (talk) 20:59, 2 December 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Here are some interesting topics, that someone else (or no one) will have to start:

Animism vs animalism[change source]

I noticed today that the link in "Religion and spirituality" led to the article Animalism, the philosophy from the work of fiction Animal Farm. I think it was probably a typo for Animism, the belief that rocks and animals and plants have spirits. This is a guess based on classes and reading I've taken about other cultures and not on any source I read about the Sami specifically. I defer to anyone who has a source. There would be a faster response if you were to post on the original Wikipedia instead of Simple English. 49.255.130.46 (talk) 23:26, 5 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Likely vandalism[change source]

{{editsemiprotected}} The last sentence on the page currently reads "The character Kazuma Kiryu, from the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series is actually based off a multitude of Sami leaders in order to be more inclusive." I was unable to find any connection between Kazuma Kiryu and the Sámi people, since Kiryu is Japanese. In addition, every other change by the user that added this has been rolled back for vandalism. I think it's highly likely this edit was vandalistic as well. This sentence should be removed. Honoramongassassins (talk) 21:50, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Honoramongassassins: Feel free to remove the sentence. -- Auntof6 (talk) 04:30, 5 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
