A field of computer science?! WHAT?![change source]

Software engineering is NOT a field of Computer Science. Software Engineering is a field in Engineering. Software engineers are NOT programmers either. They design, develop and maintain applications/programs not be a programmer. Why is this too different to all other definitions including that on English Wikipedia?
