"No working legal system"[change source]

Go over to English Wikipedia and look up Xeer. It's a working legal system, and Somalia has it, it's just that enough of the clans are acting as if they were above it, for the clan system to be torn apart. Poorly written?[change source]

"On those days we do not find the exact people dwell in zeila, but the history ascribed the black people, without tracing their origin and their tribes. However, some historians attributed Zeila inhabitant were called semaale without farther lucid explanation." also no reference regarding "some historians", if one is needed.
