I hope this time the article will remains. I can understand that this person would be unknown for you, but no for that is unreliable. Besides her career and awards, she had interviewed several politicians (for example Spanish Prime Minister and other Ministers) among others. Now the awards. Actually I can't talk about the awards very well because I haven't had seen a gala in my life (I haven't any interest on it), but I could say that a "Premio Ondas" is given to the best professionals of the media (radio, TV, journalists, etc,). If you want to know something you have an article in English language Wikipedia. It would be fine if you write a simplified versión of it over here, because is a pity so many red links. I don't dare to do it because my English level isn't well enough to make an article about a festival or a gala. --Ravave (talk) 07:33, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

References[change source]

Hi @Rus793:. Regarding your editions about the failed tags, I'm gonna remove the 2nd reference (El Mundo.es) because you're right, it doesn't say anything about she when began to work in A3. However I'm disagree with your edition in the 5th (Antena 3.com). Actually, that website says in the first paragraph:

SPA Susanna Griso, presentadora del magazine matinal de Antena 3 'Espejo Público', ha sido galardonada con el Premio Joan Ramón Mainat 2014 que anualmente entrega el FesTVal de Vitoria.

ENG Susanna Griso, A3's Espejo Público hostess has been honoree with the Prize Joan Ramón Mainat of 2014. Award given annually by FesTVal of Vitoria.

OK I had just make the change. You can take a look if you want. I'm gonna say a thing, that website shows a list of 25 journalists and hosts, one of them is Griso herself. If you have a problem with the language, you can ask me. --Ravave (talk) 14:25, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I made a comment at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2016/Susanna Griso. Right now I'm undecided which way to go. Mac has a good point but I agree the Premios Ondas—if verified by source readers can look up—goes to show notability (the Simple English Wikipedia definition, not the English language definition of notability). Unfortunately, a vote by you or the nominator to Delete or Keep is not considered when an administrator (other than Mac or Aunt) decides what to do with this article. You have until 13 September to fix the problems brought up by the nominator and others who mention them in the RfD. I took a look at the changes you made. The first one (source #2 as of this writing) verifies the statement. I can read Spanish a little but mainly rely on translation software. I could ask you, but the readers can't. So you might double check to see what it is they are seeing when using Google's automatic translation. Other than the male/female pronouns that translation software can't get right, they usually give a good translation. Anyway, keep working on it. Rus793 (talk) 14:55, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Here is a possible change for source #5. Note that the current source does not fully verify the statement. Also, the source is too close to the subject—it is Antenna 3 TV, the company she works for. A source needs to be independent of the subject. Here is a possible substitute. While I did not see it verified exactly what the award was for, it does seem to be a reliable source and it verifies she won that award: http://www.formulatv.com/noticias/39190/premios-joan-ramon-mainat-2014-susanna-griso-jorge-javier-vazquez-cuentame/ Otherwise, keep looking for one that is a reliable source, independent of the subject and verifies both she won that award and it was for Best Program. I saw you reverted a change I made. Both "Micrófono de Oro" and "Micrófono de Or" translate to Golden Microphone. The point was, the article title used "Micrófono de Or". But I'm not overly concerned with this. Just think of the readers and what they will see. Keep in mind also, this isn't Simple Spanish Wikipedia, the main language our readers are learning is English. We cannot assume what other languages our readers understand. There are far too many to contemplate. The only premise here is they are new to the English language. Just keep up the good work. Rus793 (talk) 15:00, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry, I'll explain you, actually that word in Spanish is incorrect because there not exist, however in Catalonian (the source was in that language) it does. By the way, it's gonna be harder to defend than I thought. I have seen that some references doesn't work. Well, I'm gonna try to fix it. I'm sure I can find something about her by internet. --Ravave (talk) 16:23, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
OK, i've made some changes:
The one about Premios Ondas that didn't work I changed by this one. Now you can take a look
Also I did remove the reference of Antena 3 because as you said "It's not independent at all because she works in that channel". I'm agree with you. Another change
Regarding the source in Catalonian, I'm gonna change it by other in Spanish. I know it could be hard for other users trying to read in a language that they don't understand as Spanish, so it doesn't make sense another language. So no more problems with "Oro-Or" when means the same in English.
Also, I'll try to find another source for "Antena de Oro", the one without source --Ravave (talk) 16:53, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
