These notes are for the page creator. They are to help him improve this article.

To begin, I'll just comment on the first sentence:

"The station, Tampines MRT Station (EW2/DT32) was an interchange station along East West MRT Line and the future Downtown MRT Line which is currently under construction."

Comments:

The sentence should start with the name of the station, not with "The station".
It says that this station was a station along the two named lines. That means that it used to be a station, but is not a station any more. The enwiki article says that it is still a station. Which is it?
This sentence is pretty long for simple English. It should be divided into two or three sentences.
There should be the word the before "East West MRT Line".
