Clarity: measure[change source]

While this is much clearer than the English Wikipedia article, it still is not clear enough. what is a measure? The link is pretty vague to me. does it have to do with repetition?Kdammers (talk) 14:15, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Difference between same ratios[change source]
