Thoughts[change source]

Is this edited from en or new? The only thing that sticks out for me is the piece below, other then that it looks really quite nice and remarkably simple for such a concept. Jamesofur (talk) 20:20, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

I brought it over from en, so once it gets moved to mainspace, I'll be sure to properly attribute it. :) It's a hard topic to write about using simpler words, so I appreciate the comment. Kate (talk) 20:24, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Sexual Identity[change source]

Can you find any discussion/articles/papers etc about the bias? I wouldn't be surprised if there is some. Unfortunately at the moment it reads more as bias on your part talking about how "rude" the researchers definitions are (not saying I disagree at all). Jamesofur (talk) 20:20, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

That's a good idea, thank you. :) Pictogram voting wait.svg Doing... Kate (talk) 20:24, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Trans woman or transwoman?[change source]

The title is "Transwoman". The first time the word is seen, it is split into two: trans woman. The way it is written in the title is one of the other ways to write it, but now it is placed in parentheses. Should the title be changed to "Trans woman"? That way, the word would be the same in the article (first appearance) and in the title. (talk) 06:44, 21 January 2015 (UTC)

Yeah, it would be a little better if the first mention were the same as the title, so I changed it. --Auntof6 (talk) 10:07, 21 January 2015 (UTC)
I see that the matching English Wikipedia page is now "Trans woman" (with a space). Should this page also be moved? Kiore (talk) 01:39, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
Not necessarily. The titles don't have to match, as long as they're both valid. Whichever we use, we should have a redirect for the other. --Auntof6 (talk) 03:26, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
