Out of date[change source]

The En WP article is out of date by nearly 20 years. Also, it is entirely U.S.-centered (as their title says). Anyone who thinks that earning 100K is going to make them "Upper middle class" in the U.S. is dreaming, except if they bring something else to the table as well as income. Look at the dates of the sources on the En article. Also, not appropriate for the rest of the world, which they recognise by limiting their article to the U.S. This page on our wiki is entirely misleading. And sources don't work. What a page. Macdonald-ross (talk) 07:18, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
In my opinion, has to be defined differently: 1) education is important, people usually have a tertiary education/university degree, and they want something similar for their children 2) Income: they usually earn enough as to not having to worry about income too much. but don't quote a numeric value, as price levels vary by country. 3) political orientation: very often they favor the left wing of the political spectrum. Of course all these need references, because otherwise its just a nice story... Eptalon (talk) 10:53, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
