Tzatziki is an appetiser made with yoghurt, popular in Greece and Bulgaria, where it is called Dry Tarator.Yoghurt has a lot of protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in it.[16] It is better for you than milk is.
