Tamago kake gohan 卵かけご飯 (Egg on rice) is a Japanese dish that the Japanese people eat for breakfast. It is cooked Japanese rice topped with a raw egg. Some toppings such as soy sauce and salmon can be added to it. It is also served in some known restaurants such as Sukiya.
