Usage
Template:ISO 639 name kw is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code kw, for example: {{Translated page |kw |name of page at Cornish Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Cornish Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Cornish Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |kw}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|kw| some text in Cornish}} wraps the text with <span lang="kw"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Cornish-language text. Also available is {{Lang-kw |some text in Cornish}} which displays as Cornish: some text in Cornish.
- {{R from other language|kw|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Cornish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|kw}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Cornish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
