Usage
Template:ISO 639 name lad is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code lad, for example: {{Translated page |lad |name of page at Judaeo-Spanish Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Judaeo-Spanish Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Judaeo-Spanish Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |lad}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|lad| some text in Judaeo-Spanish}} wraps the text with <span lang="lad"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code lad to include articles in Category:Articles containing Judaeo-Spanish-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Judaeo-Spanish |lad}}).
- {{R from other language|lad|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Judaeo-Spanish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|lad}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Judaeo-Spanish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
