Usage: {{interwikicat}} with parameters for the projects to list:

commons for Wikimedia Commons
meta for Meta-Wiki
books for Wikibooks
news for Wikinews
quote for Wikiquote
species for Wikispecies
wikt for Wiktionary
versity for Wikiversity

Set the parameter to "yes" if the category on the other project has the same name, otherwise use the name of the category.
