This template automatically places pages it is used on in Category:Wikipedia disclaimer notices, so it is important that you do not use it on pages that are not disclaimers, as that category is linked to at the bottom of each disclaimer, and shows lawyers which disclaimers the Simple English Wikipedia has.
Add __NOEDITSECTION__[change source]
Can we add the Magic word __NOEDITSECTION__ ? The template is protected and so I don't think the change link is needed. It would look tidier without, too. Thanks, Drum guy (talk) 20:40, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

"Official"[change source]
The word "official" in the template should be bolded to emphasize that what people are looking at is not the official disclaimer, but rather a simple version of it. --Philosopher Let us reason together. 08:47, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
