Proposed move[change source]

I propose that we move this template (and template talk) to Template:Change Conflict and redirect this one as well as all other redirects, per the discussion on this page.

I have done a bit of minor rewording. Apart from that it looks great. Thanks! Yes, feel free to move it to {{change conflict}} & ({{cc}}), however you'd also have to check What links here and hopefully change those to {{change conflict}}.
