Proposal to change wording[change source]

I am proposing we remove the word "living" from this template (and the similar ones) based on the policy that, whether they are dead or alive, we cannot use any false information about them. It will open us up to potential legal suits. If you look at the en wiki versions, they state or recently deceased. Their wording is as follows: Hello, I'm Example. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you!. I am suggesting we remove the living or dead and just make it people (or persons). I am open to your thoughts. Please use the standard voting templates to make it easier to tally.
