"That's the Way of the World" is the sixth studio album by R&B act Earth, Wind & Fire released on 15 March, 1975 through Columbia Records and is the soundtrack to the 1975 movie of same name. It went to number 1 in the United Sates and in 2020 the album was ranked 420 in the rolling stone top 500 greatest albums of all time.
