The Deep (1977 movie)
The Deep is a 1977 American British adventure movie directed by Peter Yates and based on the novel of the same name by Peter Benchley. It stars Robert Shaw, Jacqueline Bisset, Nick Nolte, Eli Wallach, Louis Gossett Jr. and was distributed by Columbia Pictures.[1] It was nominated for an Academy Award in 1978.[2]
