The Landlord

The Landlord is a 1970 comedy movie adapted from the 1966 novel by Kristin Hunter and directed by first time director Hal Ashby. It was also produced by Norman Jewison and starred in Lee Grant in an Oscar nominated role, Beau Bridges, Diana Sands, Pearl Bailey, and Louis Gossett Jr.. It was distributed by United Artists.
