The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is an late-night American talk show on CBS. It is the second version of the Late Show franchise, following the retirement of original host David Letterman.[1] Jonathan Batiste is the bandleader.[2] Colbert started the show on September 8, 2015.[3] In July 2025, CBS announced that the franchise will end 10 months later (May 2026).[4][5][6]
